About the Client:
TLC Vision is North America’s largest LASIK provider with dozens of locations across the United States and Canada. TLC has been partnering with IT Weapons since 2006 for many of their IT needs.
The Challenge:
As an established company with years of experience utilizing IT companies for a range of services, TLC was very selective when it came time to find a new IT solutions provider. With many remote users all over North America, it was difficult to provider all Vision Centers with the uptime and high performance that they required.
The Solution:
On the first engagement with TLC, IT Weapons was able to significantly improve the performance of one of their key systems, which saved valuable resources for the entire company. After this, IT Weapons moved into aiding TLC in building a new data centre for all of their locations. This relationship continued throughout the years, and today, IT Weapons continues to provide managed services for all of TLC.
