About the Client:
Pacific Services Canada is the Canadian branch of the Pacific Life Insurance Company, which has been in operation since 1868. Pacific has utilized IT Weapons for a variety of services, including a large scale environment move, the set up of new office laptops and workstations, managed services, and other frequent project work.
The Challenge:
As a large insurance company that operates across Canada, providing IT support and management for a large Toronto-based office provided a fair share of challenges and hurdles.
The Solution:
By partnering with IT Weapons, Pacific Services was able to offload several large projects that would have placed a heavy burden on their internal IT team. One of these projects was the installation of new office equipment and workstations for over 100 users, which IT Weapons completed quickly and efficiently.
